Unused yarn (meaning not balled or cut into) in its original condition may be exchanged for store credit within 5 days of purchase. When exchanging yarn the customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Customer will receive notice of their credit by email or phone. Store credit must be used within 30 days.
Since the yarns are dyed in small (3 to 4lb.) dye lots and sell quickly, it is always better to buy an extra skein or two for insurance against running out and being unable to match a dye lot or to ward off Y.S.A. (Yarn Shortage Anxiety).
After completion of your piece, any unused skeins (meaning not balled or cut into) in its original condition can be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Books, magazines, patterns, needles and accessories may not be exchanged but will be replaced if damaged in shipment. We will reimburse any shipping costs when returning damaged merchandise and will send replacement merchandise at no cost. Please include a description of the damage with your return.

- customer's phone number
- customer's shipping address and billing address
