This lush and unique piece brought actual applause at the Stitches West 2008 fashion show. It’s drop dead gorgeous, elegant and very very up town.
What makes it stand out from other shawls is the incredible edging made of Handspun Ultra Finissimo Wensleydale with its long adorable curls. Fiber of this quality requires great concentration and ability on the part of the grower. And represents 35 years of breeding techniques. We are in love with it and had Linda design this shawl to showcase it.
Of course being Linda, it also has a beautiful Lace pattern that plays peek-a-boo with your shoulders, and a bold mosaic edging. There! Lots of different knitting techniques for an interesting knit.
